Bishop Larry has authorized a second collection for the benefit of relief efforts in Haiti via Catholic Relief Services (CRS) to be taken up this Sunday or as you determine pastorally appropriate. Bishop Larry has affirmed that: “As a general policy, I think whenever there is a disaster of this magnitude, we can encourage parishes to take up a special second collection through CRS.”
